Help again loungers! I am trying to print off my Xmas labels from an Excel database, using a label master that worked perfectly well last year - why can't I select 'use the current document' (its greyed out) when I start the merge with the document open?
If I try using 'start from exiting document', even though I have selected 'labels' as the output, it reverts back to 'now type your letter' on step 3 instead of setting up the labels (consequently I don't get the option to automatically format the remaining labels to contain the same fields as the first.
Any ideas? Just when I thought I could get organised early for Christmas!

But seriously, can you "cheat" last year's document into this year's by copying and pasting at the point that you need to "create letter" (shouldn't it say "create labels" or "catalog"?)?
