    email (HTML) merge (2000)

    Trying to use Word to send email merge. The document is in HTML, and looks "OK" in Word, but when I merge it and look at the resulting email, it's all text with no HTML formatting, hyperlinks, etc.

    Bottom line is I need to send an html-formatted email to LOTS of folks on a list in excel. Any help?

    Merging to HTML format mail was a feature added in Word 2002 (Office XP). To create HTML mail in Word 2000 to a number of recipients, you need to program it with VBA or a third party product.
