    CountA in footer (WIN XP/Access 97)

    What is the correct syntax for the following:
    .LeftFooter = CountA (A1:A65000)

    I want the total count of lines with data printed in the left footer.
    Am I close ?

    Thank you.

    CountA is a worksheet function. You can use it in VBA as follows:

    .LeftFooter = Application.WorksheetFunction.CountA(Range("A:A"))
