    Page break *after*? (2003 Sp1)

Is there any way to format a paragraph to create a page break after, similar to 'Format > Paragraph > Page break before'? This is one of my top feature requests for Word.

I can't use section breaks for various reasons (won't go into why since my stuff is pretty arcane).

    Sigh.

Not as far as I know. You can simply press Ctrl+Enter after a paragraph.

As you already know, Word does not have a Page Break After format for paragraph styles. One possible way to reproduce this behaviour is to use a 'Style for Following Paragraph' style which does have Page Break Before assigned to it. This gives you a partial fix to a shortcoming of Word.

Try putting a very large number for "Space After" in the paragraph format settings. I tested using 10" (I was too lazy to convert to points!).

thanks all! I like the space after & following-style ideas! very good.

I employed the space-after and keep-lines-together methods and it worked like a charm.
