    hyphenated words (2002/SP-2)

    How to keep hypehnated words together at the end of a sentence, i.e., e-mail. Have tried auto text unsuccessfully. Thanks.

    Type Ctrl+Shift+hyphen instead of just a hyphen. Ctrl+Shift+- is a non-breaking hyphen.

    Thanks for your quick response, sorry I did not explain my problem clearly. I believe it has something to do with an auto correct setting and I would like to keep the word "e-mail" together at the end of a typed line. Ctl+shift+hyphen appears/prints as an en dash not a hyphen.

    It definitely looks special on screen, but should be a hyphen when printed. If you get an en dash in print, make sure that key combination hasn't been assigned to character 150.
