    A Hot Air Balloon Ride

Hypothetically, there is a platform (hot air balloon launch pad) on top of the Toronto city center. If I board a balloon at this location, the balloon rises straight up 325 feet. The balloon does not travel east or west or north or south. It simply remains stationery at 325 feet for 12 hours. At the end of 12 hours, the ballon descends straight down. And comes to rest, where?
