Select Invoices and Record if Printed (2003 allSPs/SBS 2003)

I have a large database, using ODBC to get data from an accounting program. My client is now expanding into China and I need to be able to print some but not all invoices in Chinese. I have worked out how to do this but need some help in making the printing menu easier.
I'd like to be able to have a choice of seeing all or only unprinted invoices so obviously need some sort of flag to tell Access that they have been printed. In addition, I would like a listing of all invoices chosen above to appear and then be able to click on a check box to select the ones I want to Print - any suggestions would be much appreciated
    TIA

You could either put a yes/No field "Printed" default NO, or a DatePrinted field, where Null indicates that it is not printed yet. I usually take the date option as sometimes you might want the date info.

I would then provide a multi-select list box which either displays all Invoices or the unprinted ones. This avoids having to use the check box, because that needs to be cleared later. (A check box needs to be bound to a yes/no field, otherwise when you click it appears ticked in all records.)

I presume your accounting programme is MYOB. Have you got the stuff that allows you to write data back to MYOB, as well as read it?

    Thanks for the response
re MYOB - yes this is the program. I have the read only ODBC and in talking to MYOB, the read -write is not terribly flash as all it does is create a text file that can then be manually imported. Not practical or necessary for what I am trying to do which is primarily after the fact reporting

I have not tried to do it but reading this (from the MYOB Developer Resources factsheet) makes it sound like the write back capability is flasher than that.

"Writing back to an MYOB company file occurs through the MYOB accounting business rules. A series of

Certainly sounds flasher than the MYOB tech told me couple of months back
