    SpySweeper 4.5.7

There's an upgrade of Webroot's SpySweeper to version 4.5.7. If you own SpySweeper, it should update automatically.

Haven't tried it... I'm a fan of CounterSpy, which is what the old Giant was before Microsoft bought them out. What's the word on the street about SpySweeper? Yes? No? Maybe?

SpySweeper is consistently ranked at the top of the software in it's class. I've been using it since it first came out and have not been disappointed. It will even stop Spybot or Spyware Blaster from changing settings or adding new sites to their watched or blocked sites list until permission is given. And their support team is on the ball too. <img src=/S/thumbup.gif border=0 alt=thumbup width=15 height=15>

I've been using it for about a year now, and find it to be very thorough, very well-written. In fact, I no longer run the MS program, as it never finds anything that SpySweeper doesn't. I like it a lot. It's worth the investment.
