Deletion of multiple rows at once (2000)

Does anyone know iof a quick way to delete several lots of rows at once, rather than keep deleting one block at a time.

The areas highlighted in red are the areas l would like to delete.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

It's not possible to select non-contiguous ranges in Word 2000, so there is no way to indicate the areas to delete all at once.

You could attempt to copy the data to Excel, select the non contiguous data there and delete it. The copy the data back to Word.
