Distribute shapes by custom distance. (Visio XP)

Hi,
Visio has some neat distribution options where shapes can be distributed by center point of left/right edges, etc. I need to now if it allows me to distribute shapes by a distance of 2cm between the left and right edges? Normally it distributes it equally, I particularly want the gap between to be 2cm?
Any ideas?
Tx

When I need to do this sort of thing, I create a rectangle 2cm wide and move the other objects to touch it.

Thats definetly the next best thing. I was hoping there would be a bit more of an automatic method. My Visio VBA is also not up to scratch to automate this!

If you're doing this with VBA then it should be simple enough to take the Left position of each object, add its width, add 2cm and set the Left position of the next object to this value.

>>> it should be simple enough..... Hmmn...do you wanna put your money where your typing is?
I think I'll stay with your 2cm box until I become too frustrated and eventaully attempt this!
Cheers
