    You could put a command button with caption "Importa" on the userform, and call the macro IMPORTA_AGENZIE in the On Click event procedure of the button.

    Try inserting a statement

    DoEvents

    between Do While... and Loop. If that doesn't help, insert

    STAT.Repaint

    .... To understand
    is possible to insert a reference of cell from tabella into Caption of user form STAT?
    Example:
    Caption = ".:STATISTICA:." & sheets ("tabella").range("L1")

    You can put that in the Initialize event procedure in the module belonging to the userform:

    Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
    Caption = ".:STATISTICA:. " & Sheets("Tabella").Range("L1")
    End Sub
