    Print titles

    Hi,

Is there a way to suppress print titles in Excel 2000 on one or more pages of a long worksheet? Example: my worksheet is 7 pages long and I want print titles from row 1 on pages 1 through 6 but not on page 7. (Also, suppose I wanted print titles on pages 1 through 4, not on page 5, but again on pages 6 through 7.)

    Thanks for your help.

You can print it in pieces -- print pages 1-4, then delete the print titles, then print page 5, then put back the print titles & print the rest. This can all be done with a macro

In addition to Bob's suggestion, you could create separate sheets that contain formulas to get the data from your large sheet, and set the titles on or off for those.

Thanks, Bob and Legare, for the suggestions. I experimented with a macro and it worked fine. Your help is appreciated.
