    Placement of attachments (2003)

Subject edited by HansV - "Outlook" wasn't very informative

Sometimes when I have attachments, instead of placing them in a nice attachment bar, Outlooks places a large icon in my emaill. I'm at a lost as to why this occurs. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks beforehand!!

It depends on the message format. Plain text and HTML messages have a special attachment box below the subject. In Rich Text Format (RTF) messages, the attachments are displayed as icons in the body of the e-mail.

OK, I got it now. My settings somehow switched from HTML to Rich Text. I have it now. Thanks again!
