    read and write excel sheets in lotus 123 (Excel 2000)

    Good Afternoon,

    I am working with a group of assocaiates and have discovered that one of the group does not have excel ( I know shame on them) [img]/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif[/img] however i was wondering if they could recieve the wookbook into the lotus 123 program and then send it back to the group.

    You can do a save-as from Excel to Lotus 123's WK3 or WK4 fileformat. If you ask your associate to stick to that format Excel will also be able to import those files back in.

    Thanks this will work fine to do it in reverse. It is funny that the majority has to cater to the minority. I should just get him to switch to the better program [img]/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif[/img]
