    Re: 3 questions ... (Outlook 2000)

Regarding 1, I read through Hans link, which is for Outlook 2003, and it doesn't seem to specifically state that after you have set the View, you need to click "Apply View" before you Close the dialog. Not sure of there's an "Apply View" button in 2000, but if there is, use it. <img src=/S/yep.gif border=0 alt=yep width=15 height=15>

Regarding 2, there's no reason you cant import OE's Contacts subfolders to Outlook Contact Subfolders of the main Contacts Folder. Since I don't use OE, I can't provide you the exact steps to do so, try the Microsoft Knowledge Base. After you create additional Contacts subfolders, follow the steps in Jeffersons' <!post=star post,334,705>star post<!/post> to enable the Contacts Folders as Outlook Address Books (they are NOT automatically enabled). (If this is not what you are asking, can you provide a bit more detail?)

Regarding 3, OE Rules do not migrate to Outlook. You can recreate 'sender highlighting' (coloring) Rules with (easiest way) the Organize tool, or from scratch with the Rules Wizard.
