I'm presently working in two offices in different US Time Zones (no, not at the same time <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>). In order not to duplicate all the Calendar Items in my Palm, I have to run the Palm on one time Zone, and when I sync in the other zone, set up both time zones and then Swap Time Zones in Outlook (Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Time Zone | Swap TZs | OK) and, presto, it all used to work.

But now I can click the Swap Time Zones button, but when I click OK, I get a message "Access is denied", and I have to go back to 'unswapped' to OK out. It happened after my mailbox was migrated from one Exchange server to another, but the Help(less) Desk say they know of no reason for this problem, and claim there's nothing on the Exchange Server side related to Time Zones.

Any ideas on this? Nothing directly applicable on a quick Google, including Groups.
