Can I get Outlook to automatically create a reminder for me? The scenario is I wish to enter a start date and then have Outlook generate reminder messages in, say 3 days, 1 week, three weeks, etc. The action to be taken is different for each reminder - that is the action after three days is not the same as the action required in three weeks - but the action will be the same for all the 3 day reminders, three week reminders, etc.
Putting it as simply as I can, what I am trying to do is set up a template of reminders and actions so that all I have to do is change the date of the first reminder and it will automatically set the dates for the rest of the reminders.
I'm no wiz with Vis Basic but willing to give it a go if necessary. If I can't do it in Outlook does anyone know of software than can do this.
