Distributing toolbar modifications using .msi file

    Hi,
I have made some custom buttons in Outlook 2002. And I would like the users on the network to have these buttons aswell.
So far, th ebest way I can see to deploy the changes is to use and .msi file to replace thier outcmd.dat file in thier Documents and Settings[user]Application DataMicrosoftOutlook folder... but I dont know how to make the [user] folder dynamic.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Adrian
