    Menu items (WIN XP/Excel2003)

Not very critical, just an annoyance.

Where can I find the setting that automatically expands the menu selections?
    It worked fine yesterday etc......

I went to Tools/Options but can't seem to find a solution there.

I hate going to "View" and all it offers me is Header Footer and the down arrow for more selections.

    Thank you.

    Tools > Customize...
"Always show full menus" is on the Options tab.
