Home page does not 'update' (Win XP Home)

A friend using Internet Explorer 6 uses YAHOO for her home page. But when she opens IE, it brings up the November 8th information for Yahoo. She can navigate to other sites without a problem but whenever she "goes home" - it opens the November 8th Yahoo. Suggestions?

Has she tried holding down Shift while clicking the Refresh button?
Has she tried clearing the cache (Tools | Internet Options..., Delete Files button)? If there is a Yahoo cookie, she could delete that, too.

Has she changed the 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' setting in Tools | Internet Options (Temporary Internet Files section) | Settings? By default it is 'Auto' (let IE decide when to check). Change to either of the first two.

Clearing the cache did it. All is well. Thanks.
