    There will be a gray "Data" cell/button to the right of the Date cell/button, and above Max, Min and Avg. Drag the "Data" cell/button to the Total heading and drop it there.

    Rearrange pivot table (2003)

    Edited by HansV to present data in table format.

    I have a bunch of data points for which I want to see max, min, and average by day. I built the pivot table and the numbers are fine . . . except they are layed out like this:

    <table border=1><td>Date1</td><td>Max1</td><tr><td align=right>
