Extracting Names from a List (Excel 2003)

This is a rather odd request but I know these are just the kinds of challenges the Lounge Lizards are best at so here goes. Attached is a list of names which contains all family members which can consist of 2 to 10 members. My objective is to capture all the first names of a family in a cell and in an adjacent cell their last name, then move on to the next unique last name down the list. Is there a fairly simple way to do this wihtout a lot of VB code? I appreciate all your help.

Check out my UDF "VlookupAll" in <post:=395,235>post 395,235</post:> . If it does not do what you need, it should be adapatable to it.
