    formfields in mailmerge (Word 2000)

Yes/No formfield shows up as either zero or negative one (0 = yes) (-1=no). Does anyone know how to get 'Yes' or 'No' to show up in the mail merge rather than 0 or -1.

Do you mean a form field or a merge field? If the latter:
    - Select Insert Word Field from the Mail Merge toolbar
    - Select If ... Then ... Else ...
    - Select the Yes/No field
    - Select Equal to
    - Enter 0 in the Compare with box.
    - Enter No in the first large box, and Yes in the second one.
    - Click OK.
