You are certain you altered nothing relating to the task after you set the baseline and before you entered any actuals? Does the ACWP agree with the either figure? Did your costs alter? Did you set a status date? do the figures alter if you set another date?
However, project does have a mind of its own sometimes

ACWP and BCWP remain the same no matter what status date I use. If the tasks were completed last year, I don't understand why it doesnt show 100% complete? Since I am not the author of this MSP file I will have to ask the project mgr about altering the tasks after the baseline was set and before actuals were added.
