    Modifying Excel VBA Code (Excel 2002)

    In the attached file (I can't remember the source of this file), I would like to know if there is coding that could be included that asks on what you would like to sort by. In this file it sorts by the department. In a modified file that I have created for our department, I would like to be able to ask "How would you like to sort? By Office or by Department Unit? If user selected Office a number of spreadsheets would be formed , Office 123, Office 202, Office 987 etc. If they selected Department unit spreadsheets for HR, Management, Warehouse etc would be formed.

    The file is obviously from OzGrid - the accompanying workbook is a promo for OzGrid, and the name OzGrid occurs in the code you mention.

    Thanks. As for it being from Ozgrid, I have never been to their site. This may have come from a posting on the Lounge or from other helpful site on the net. As stated, I cannot recall where I found it.
