    Properties (Visio XP)

I have a drawing of our Networks and Printers in the Operations Floor. I would like to add something so that when I run my point over it, it will display information. Ex. Printer Name, Port, Share name, Location Building etc.

Something that will allow me to define several fields and display them when we point to it.

From memory - you store this information in Custom Property fields for each object and then change the double click behaviour to show custom properties rather than edit the text. If you cant work it out, post back and I'll check out the steps on my other system (where Visio is loaded)

This is a start. What I am looking for is somthing like the Network Stencil that when you right-click the shape one option at the bottom is properties. There you can redefine the name and order of the properties. But, you are not able to redefine/name the tabs if you redefine the properties.
