You are referencing UserForm1 which does not exist. I assume that the TextBoxes are in the current form, so just delete "UserForm1." However, I do not think that you want to do any of this in the ScrollBar1_Change event. Don't you want all this code in the UserForm_Initialize event?

    Sal

This is just advice as this may help you in the future. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

Try to give your text boxes meaningful names like txtAmount, txtValue, txtTotal this will allow you to check for coding errors for the future as textbox1, textbox2 make it very difficult to troubleshoot when errors like this happen, which they almost always do (with me) my <img src=/S/2cents.gif border=0 alt=2cents width=15 height=15> worth

    Glad to see you have fixed it <img src=/S/cool.gif border=0 alt=cool width=15 height=15>
