    Importing Account Info from OL2000 (2003 SP2)

    Hey Everyone, Holly Hippodays.

I have just completed the build of another home PC and have upgraded the new box to OL2003. I am trying to transfer settings from the old PC (OL2000) and am not having success. I want to transfer account settings first. I have exported the account settings from each of the four user environments on the old box and dropped them on an external drive in IAF file format. When I try to import into 2003, OL doesn't see any valid files.

Any suggestions? Assuming I find success with this, I then need to transfer all the PST info.

    TIA.

    Douglas

Somewhere along the way, Outlook's support for .iaf files seems to have been hidden or dropped. If you import the accounts into Outlook Express, however, Outlook 2003 might be able to see them there. (Not sure this is any more efficient than entering the information again manually.)
