2-wire connection -3rd pc can't access web

I have a Bellsouth 2-wire 1000 router wih three computers. the main and one satellite work fine but the third cannot access the internet. I get a not connected error message. Installed Connection Manager. Bell South's web site doesn't really help with this.

Can all of the computers see each other across the network?

Also tell us more about EACH computer, including, OS and Firewall that are running on each.

I don't know anything about your router, but assuming you're using DHCP, you should check the router's settings to see how many DHCP CLIENTS it's set for. Maybe it's set for only two. My Linksys also has a setting tab where I can check the current list of DHCP clients to see which IP address is assigned to each computer. Check for that on yours. Lastly, is the "problem computer" set to use DHCP?

Two of the computers see eachother. All use XP but do not have SP 2. All use McAfee.

Message reads that computer is not connected. I checked the connections and reinstalled Connection Manager.

Did they ever work with the Bell South hardware? Do you have a firewall software running on each? I'd strongly encourage you to install SP-2.
