    Number of Copies (print) (2003)

I have a workbook with 3 sheets, nothing special just lists. When I want to print the first and second sheet, the number of copies is set to 1 by default. However this is set to 5 (by default?) on the third sheet. Resetting this to 1, saving the workbook and reopening it does not change the default for the third sheet, ie it remains 5. How to get it permanently back to 1? (No other of my workbooks has a default of 5 copies). Any body any suggestions please.

    Hi Teunis

It appears that the Print Options have been changed inadvertently.

    To Change

    1) File | Print
    2) Properties| layout
    3) Advanced
    4) Change Copy Count to 1

It is different for each worksheet in the workbook

These directions may differ for each type of printer but will indicate what needs to be changed.

    Hi Jerry,

Thanks, it was indeed in the printer settings themselves.

    Regards, Teun
