Call for Mirage examples (Any version of MSWord, especially 2003)

We finally have MS's ear about MSWord mirage problems. We have provided examples from MSWord 97 to MSWord 2003. However, MS wants additional examples of the mirage problem. We don't have anymore examples.
Perhaps, MS is simply trying to stall?
Anyone have examples of MSWord documents with the mirage problem for me to send to MS?
    Thanks.

I believe Woody coined the term in "Word97 Annoyances". I hope Woody doesn't mind the following quote on pages 7 and 8 of the book.
"...we saw a Word 'mirage'. You may have seen them too, if you work in Page View. In a mirage, text that only appears once in a document shows up twice on the screen, once at the end of one page, and again at the beginning of the next page."
We've encountered 2 versions of the mirage. One that Woody described. The other, document appears fine on the screen. The printed document contains the mirage. Very time consuming to discover a mirage exists.
For us, mirages have existed since Office97. We've been told cause is service pack, version of Office, display driver and printer driver. All of these have been changed over the years and we still have the mirage problems from time-to-time. Seems in Office 2003 the mirage is usually caused by Track Changes being on. In Office 97 mirage usually occurred if line ended with an em or an en dash.

I'm sure I've seen a few of these over the years, mostly at other peoples's desks when I heard them pulling their hair out. But I can't recall the details of those situations, unfortunately...

Just a thought... Since this seems to be a sporadic issue, might it be caused by an old glitch?

Were the documents all created with the same template(s)? Have your templates been recreated (and not just brought along) since Word97?

    Kim,
    Old glitch in MSWord.
Documents and templates were created in Office97, Office 2000, Office XP and Office 2003. Each version of MSWord has the mirage problem. Microsoft admits the problem exists. For some reason they need additional examples. I've given them all we have.
