My screen all of a sudden goes black and begins hibernating. This behaviour is strange to me since i didnt arrange for that.When i click the start button it opens exactly at the place i was. Also, before when i closed the lid, the computer went hibernating by itself, but now, when i close it, nothing happens.However it closes by itself any time it decides to close.
Can somebody tell me where should i go in order to fix up this behaviour ?

This behaviour is not the same as a blank screen-saver cutting in, is it?

Check the Power Options Properties > Advanced tab from your Control Panel for what happens when you close the lid.
