In Excel 2003 we're creating a pivot table... We've added rows and columns to the table... If we want to filter the table, the rows or columns have drop arrows on the fields. Sometimes, when we click the drop arrows, the window border and scroll bars don't show up on the selection box (nor does the Checkbox for "Select All" show up in those instances where applicable).

It's mostly a nuiscense, but we've got a fair number of people complaining about it.. Unfortunatley, I haven't been able to replicate the problem reliably. All the machines in question are Windows XP SP2 with Office Professional 2003 SP2, but the bug is inconsistant (some machines do it, some don't). I haven't been able to pin down the difference thus far, but I'm sure it's there...

Hopefully I've explained the problems clearly enough that someone can help. I've googled and searched the MSKB, but I'm not sure I've used the correct search terms...
