Hello, rust remiss...how do i reference to a control on a subform in a query criteria. Example, form main, sub form, control combo, I have tried a few variations which do not work.

    Thanks Darren.

    Use something like this:

    [Forms]![MainForm]![SubForm]![ControlName]

    where:

MainForm is the name of the main form

SubForm is the name of the subform as a control on the main form. This is not necessarily the same as the name of the subform in the database window. To check, open the main form in design view and click once on the subform. The name of the subform will be displayed in the toolbar and in the title bar of the Properties window.

ControlName is the name of the control.[/list]See Forms: Refer to Form and Subform properties and controls on the Access web for a comprehensive overview.
