Parsing Names (Excel 2002)

(Edited by HansV to make URL clickable - see <!help=19>Help 19<!/help>)

Found the formula I am using in C2 in <post#=197783>post 197783</post#>. Made the necessary changes to look at the correct cells. Not getting any first names in column C. Just blank. No error messages. What am I doing incorrect?
    Thanks.

    Try

    =MID(A2,FIND(" ",A2)+1,100)
