Name sheets with macro (2003)

I've made this macro (the easy way), I right click on the tab, copy the sheet across, copy and paste special the contents and save the file. What I want is that the name of the new sheet is the day I have done this procedure. I do the copy and paste special because I do not want any formulas to recalculate after saving.
So if I did it today it would show "budget 12-2-06" or something similar.
Is that at all possible ??

Thanks

You didn't post the macro, so it is a little hard for us to guess what it is doing.

Are you looking for something like this:

Sub CopyPastValuesRename()
With ActiveSheet
With .UsedRange
.Copy
.Cells(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
End With
.Name = "budget " & Format(Date, "mm-d-yy")
End With
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End Sub
