I got an email today from Corel with a "special price offer" to new customers and the email suggested I direct people to the following $69 link:

I finally took the plunge and upgraded a few months back (found an upgrade promotion for $30). I must say that I'm very impressed with what Corel has done with an already fantastic product. I've used PSP since version 3.11 and have purchased each version since then. I don't do as much graphics work as I used to, but it's still nice to have a great tool on the shelf for touching up digital photos or creating a quick web banner.

Thanks to your posting, I've passed this info to some of my family. Hopefully they'll take advantage of it before it expires!

It is directed at existing (satisfied) customers from a legitimate vendor who supports prompt removal from the mailing upon request.
