    Outlook Account Settings (Outlook)

Can someone advise me how I can stop all my settings being changed when someone else logs on as a new user and sets up their Outlook - is it global or should 2 users be able to set up different accounts?

    Re: Outlook Account Settings (Outlook)

You can have several different profiles set up - Start>Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles. From here, you can add or remove profiles and you can choose to use one particular profile as the default or you can tell Outlook to Prompt for a profile when it starts up. Is this other user logging in under a separate account (different UserID & Password) or are they logging in under your account? If they are using their own account, they should not be able to access your settings at all.
