If Statement (E2K SP3)

I am trying to create a test where if F37=F38=F39 then it prints Balanced and if not, prints Out of Balance.

    I tried =IF(F37=F38 and F37=F39, "Balanced","Out of Balanced"), but get #NAME?
Also =IF(F37 = F38 = F39, "Balanced","Out of Balanced"), but it always evalutes to FALSE

Any assistance with the syntax would be appreciated.

In Excel, AND(...) is a function just like IF(...):

    =IF(AND(F37=F38,F37=F39),'Balanced","Out of Balance")

The same would go for OR(...)
