    Populate a New form (2k)

    Good Afternoon,

    I should know the answer to this .... but it's been a while since I've worked on database design....so here goes.

    I have a main form "frmBHLog" which holds the patients name and demographics. When the user makes a selection from the cboBox, "HomeHealth", frmHomeHealth should open. OnOpen of frmHomeHealth I need certain information from "frmBHLog" inserted to the corresponding fields in frmHomeHealth.

    I have the code that does everything but bring over the patients name and demographics....PLEASE HELP!

    Thanks in advance.

    You could use the On Load event of the frmHomeHealth form:

    Private Sub Form_Load()
    If CurrentProject.AllForms("frmBHLog").IsLoaded Then
    Me.PatientLastName = Forms!frmBHLog!PatientLastName
    Me.PatientDateOfBirth = Forms!frmBHLog!DateOfBirth
    ...
    End If
    End Sub

    Substitute the appropriate names.
