Custom Calendar Views in Outlook 98 (Outlook 98)

Does anyone know of a way that this can be done? I have a user who would like to create a monthly reoccuring appointment that will automatically move itself to the next business day (M-F) if the appointment happens to fall on a Sa/Su. Can this be done? Or are we asking too much of Outlook.

you're asking too much of outlook, unless you use a custom form and scripting/VBA to determine the next business day. it would be easier to manually fix the few that fall on the weekend or holidays.

you can use excel to help you easily determine the day of the week so you'd know at a glance which needed moved.

you could also use excel to create the appt and import them. they'd be single appt, not reoccuring though.
