Invisible property (Access 2000)

I cannot make my control invisible. Can you help me ? I am sending the attachement.
Even though i make the visible property False by Hand, and the control shows that it is invisible, when i open the main form, the control is visible.
Is there any way to make it invisible ?

Re: Invisible property (Access 2000)

I assume that you mean the Quantity text box on the subform. The Visible property only applies when your form is in Form view (single or continuous), not in datasheet view.
To hide a column in datasheet view, set the ColumnHidden property of the control to True:

Me![Quantity].ColumnHidden = True

and to unhide it, set ColumnHidden to False.
