    Linking to Linked tables (2003)

Does anybody know if it is possible to link to tables in a database, when the tables that you are linking to are themselves linked tables (creating a chain of links).
    i.e.
    db1 contains the data
db2 contains links to db1's tables
db3 contains links to db2's linked tables

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

No, db3 doesn't "see" the linked tables in db2. You can only link to a "physical" table.
(Links to links, if allowed, would be very slow)

You *can* import the tables from db2 into db3, and that will automatically establish the link to db1.
