Calculated field on a Query (Access 2003)

I have a question about calculated fields on a query. I have a database attached with a query and a crosstab query. Ultimately I am trying to get to a final calculation and I was trying to use the query to get to the data I need.

The query provides me with the list of data, appropriately, but what I want to do is create a calculated field for the TypesOfTime, regardless of the dates.

So I created a crosstab query that gives me the exact totals I want- great. But what I am after is the ability to take one of the TypesOfTime and subtract it form others. For example, how much more time did I spend walking than taking lunch? I will have many Types to go across the column headings.

Can I add another calculated field to the crosstab to get the difference? If so, how do I reference the specific types (walk, lunch) within the TypesOfTime grouping?

    You didn't attach a database...

You'll have to create a new query based on the crosstab query. You can refer to the columns of the crosstab query there.
