    SQL

I have in the past printed out my tables and the fields in each table. I can't for the life of me remember how I did this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Re: SQL

It sounds like you're looking for a database documenter utility. This functionality does not exist in the Enterprise Manager or Query Analyzer (for SQL Server 2000), at least not without writing some creative SQL statements.

There are a number of 3rd party tools out there for this. One that I would recommend is MyGeneration. It's freeware. You'll want to look in the Microsoft SQL Server > Reports templates area. Depending on your technical comfort level, this may seem a little difficult to use at first, but it's an excellent and very versitle tool - and the price is just right!

    Hope this helps
