    2006 0nward National Holidays (Outlook 2002 SP3)

On trying to automatically insert National and Religious Holidays for 2006 in the normal way (via Options/ Holidays etc) I find that Outlook only carries these up to 2005.
Is there some way of downloading 2006 onward?

    Hans,
That link is for Outlook 2000, and does nothing for Outlout 2003.

    Roger,
You are NOT alone, I just noticed that on my Outlook 2003 version they are not there, but they are for 2005.

Also on my laptop and the wife's machine they are NOT there for 2005 or 2006 both using Outlook 2003.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

I know it is for Outlook 2000, but there are instructions how to tweak it for Outlook 2002 (which this thread is about).

Missing Holidays also has a downloadable list for Outlook 2003.

    Found it,
Go to http://www.123together.com/Outlook_Tips/ for full story.
The following is for 2003, but instruction for 2000 and 2002 are listed.

    Outlook 2003:
Launch Outlook, Choose Tools -> Options -> Preferences tab, then click on Calendar Options under the Calendar section and to the right.
On the Calendar Options dialog box, click Add Holidays.
In the Add Holidays to Calendar dialog box, check the countries or religions whose holidays you want to add, then click OK.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

A few weeks back there was an article in TechNet that addressed this. The article number was 910619. I say was because i think it has been removed. It had a link to an msi file that would update the Outlook.hol file. I ran it on my machine and it did work. Attached is my updated Outlook.hol file. Simply search for the Outlook.hol file on your machine, back it up, replace it with this updated file then re-add the holidays in Outlook. Note: you will need to unzip the attached file first before replacing your current holiday file.
