    Blocked Attachments (Outlook 2003)

I want to open a program sent to me by a trusted source and Outlook has blocked it. Is there any way to change this security setting without monkeying with the registry? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can download and install the free add-in Attachment Options by Ken Slovak. This adds a tab to the Tools | Options dialog in Outlook in which you can specify which extensions are blocked.
