    USB 2.0 PCI card

I installed a four port USB 2.0 pci card into my pc. I then plugged my four port USB 2.0 hub into it, but when I plug USB 2.0 devices into the hub I still get messages stating that the device could operate at a faster speed by installing it into a 2.0 port. I checked the device mangler and it shows the enhanced VIA USB Enhanced Controller is installed.

How do I get my devices to recognize and use the 2.0 connections?

    Thanks, Jer

Do you have the latest USB drivers installed? this article or this article may help. This KB search also yields quite a few possible solutions.

Thanks - turns out the hub only supports 12mb speed - that is the bottleneck.
