calculation using xls functions (Excel 2003)

    Hello all,
i have a math problem here that Iam trying to calculate with excel S15 in the attached.
the formula is theta*arcsin*theta to the power of -1/2 + (theta-1)*-1/2-pi/2

    or
    =R15*((ASIN(R15))^-0.5)+(R15-1)^0.5-((3.14)/2)

i cant seem to get this to work

The argument for arcsin (ASIN) must be a number between -1 and +1 (extremes included). Your Theta is 1.25, so ASIN results in an error.

By the way, Excel has a worksheet function PI()
