Calculate elapsed time excluding weekends (Access 2000 >)

In the search for this expression on the boards I could only find advice for code. I need a simple expression that I can add to a queries calculated field that will calculate =Date()-[REQDate], but also exclude weekends. (Something like NetWorkdays)
    Tx

You need a custom VBA function for this, I don't think there is a "simple expression".

    OK...

I found this code in the lounge and tested it in the Northwind Database. It is working great.

Also see Calculate Number of Working Days and Doing WorkDay Math in VBA on the Access Web. They provide workday calculations with the option to take holidays into account.

    Nice links...

The code is quite long, but it seems that its length is due to the good documentation inbetween the code.
